Clifton Garden Park is a public park that was envisioned by Village Council and Mayor Bieri as a community volunteer project featuring vibrant flower beds, colorful trees, and park benches for seating. The idea was that Village leaders, tasked with setting zoning standards, could exemplify a pleasing aesthetic by beautifying a public lot  to be enjoyed by all.

The construction of a raised-bed flower garden began in Spring of 2017 followed by the dedication of the Little Free Library in August. New trees were planted in 2018 and plans are underway for adding park lamps and a mural of historic photographs of Clifton.
